LIVI Privacy Policy

LIVI (“LIVI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of users of our website, mobile application and related services.

The information collected will depend on the LIVI features you use.

  • Record and manage building-management activities, tasks and maintenance matters;

3. Photos, Documents and Building Records

Users may upload photographs, documents, reports, maintenance records and other information relating to buildings or properties.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to upload and share information through LIVI.

Information uploaded to LIVI will only be used or disclosed as reasonably necessary to provide the LIVI service, operate the platform, comply with legal requirements or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Location Information

Certain LIVI features may use location information, for example to support staff attendance, site verification or building-management activities.

Where device permission is required, LIVI will request permission before accessing location information. Users can manage location permissions through their device settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users’ personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that assist us in operating LIVI, including hosting, cloud storage, email, analytics, security and technical service providers.

Certain information may also be accessible or editable directly through your LIVI account.
